CBRE Investment Management, acting on behalf of one of its pan-European funds, has thus acquired 44,844 sqm of fully-leased space in the two parks.
7R Park Poznań East comprises one building with an area of 22,458 sqm, while 7R Park Sosnowiec includes three warehouses with a total leasable area of 22,386 sqm. All four buildings were developed by 7R as part of a joint venture in 2019 and are fully leased to ten companies. The weighted average lease term of both logistics parks is five years. The tenants include InPost, No Limit, TI Automotive and Rhenus.
This off-market transaction was a rare opportunity to acquire an institutional-quality logistics portfolio in Poland, providing access to two increasingly attractive Polish regional markets. The continued strong economic growth in Poland will increase the demand for well-located, high-quality warehouse space over the coming years, as the logistics sector continues to prove its resilience in many of our main jurisdictions.
