LemonTree has laid the cornerstone for WESTSIDE SZCZECIN NEO by LemonTree, a modern logistics and service complex in Szczecin. This is the developer’s second investment in the region, confirming the strategic importance of Western Pomerania for the company’s growth. In the first half of 2025, Savills Investment Management signed lease agreements in Poland for more than 211,000 sq m of commercial space.
