7R Park Słupsk Acquired by French Fund

 

The property, fully leased under a long-term agreement to InPost – a leading logistics operator and owner of the Paczkomat parcel locker network – was delivered in Q4 2025. The general contractor for the project was Trasko.

The warehouse scheme, totaling around 9,000 sqm, was fully tailored to meet the operational requirements of the tenant. This approach reflects 7R’s strategy of delivering high-quality, flexible warehouse space, including built-to-suit (BTS) projects designed to support efficient business operations.

Strategically located just 200 meters from the S6 expressway, 7 km from the center of Słupsk and 110 km from Gdańsk, the asset provides excellent connectivity for logistics operations across northern Poland.

 

Long-Term Lease with InPost Secures Investment Value

 

A key element of the transaction is the long-term lease agreement with InPost. For institutional investors, such agreements provide stability and predictable cash flows, significantly reducing risk exposure.

According to Magdalena Uler-Kłeczek, Member of the Management Board and CIO at 7R, the sale of 7R Park Słupsk confirms the company’s ability to attract leading investors to its portfolio of modern logistics assets. She emphasized that top-quality warehouse properties in Poland continue to draw capital focused on building long-term value.

 

CRISTAL Life Expands into the Polish Logistics Market

 

For CRISTAL Life, operating as an SCPI fund and managed by Inter Gestion REIM, the acquisition represents a strategic milestone – its first transaction in Poland.

Bruno Aleixo, Fund Manager at Inter Gestion REIM, highlighted that the Polish logistics market benefits from favorable long-term structural fundamentals and offers attractive growth prospects. The investment aligns with the fund’s strategy, combining a prime location, a high-quality asset and a long-term lease with a leading logistics tenant.

The acquisition also strengthens CRISTAL Life’s geographical diversification across Europe. Inter Gestion REIM currently manages real estate assets exceeding €1 billion across France and other European markets.
