Simba Toys Poland extends lease at MLP Pruszków II

Simba Toys Poland has extended its lease for approximately 8,550 sqm of space, including 300 sqm of office space, at the modern MLP Pruszków II logistics park. During the renegotiation process, the tenant was represented by AXI IMMO. The BREEAM-certified location with pro-ecological infrastructure remains a strategic operational base for the company in Poland.

NRF Thermal Engineering Poland is entering a new stage of growth with the lease of 12,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II. The modern production and warehouse facility, set to achieve BREEAM “Excellent” certification, will enable the company to expand its manufacturing capacity, consolidate operations, and enhance logistics. The transaction was advised by the Newmark Polska team.

New warehouse and office complex for AS-PL in Gdańsk – delivered by Dekpol Budownictwo

Dekpol Budownictwo has completed a year-long expansion of AS-PL’s headquarters in Gdańsk, creating a modern complex that combines a 6,800 sqm warehouse with extended office and social facilities. Located on Michałki Street, the project is a prime example of integrating logistics, production, and administrative functions in one of the fastest-growing regions in Poland.

New logistics park near Warsaw. EIKA and Waimea break ground

EIKA Asset Management and Waimea Holding have launched another logistics project near Warsaw. Bank Pekao S.A. is providing nearly €15 million in financing for the first phase of the development, which will eventually offer 117,000 sqm of warehouse space. Strategically located near Modlin Airport and designed to meet BREEAM standards, the investment marks a new quality on the Polish industrial market.
