What are the main pillars of JIT Logistics’ operations in the field of washing and warehousing of returnable packaging?
MN: Our mission is based on three pillars: quality, efficiency, and comprehensiveness. The washing service for returnable packaging in Szałsza already handles hundreds of thousands of units every month.
Which industries most often use your services?
MN: We have many years of experience in washing containers, dividers, mega-packs, trays, and lids of various sizes and structures.
We started with the automotive sector, but today we also serve industrial and electronics manufacturers, where cleanliness and precision are essential.
Thanks to advanced washing and drying systems, we deliver the highest level of quality while helping our partners reduce operating costs and their carbon footprint.
How do you build customer trust and guarantee that the final result meets their expectations?
MN:
We introduced the possibility of testing our washing service before signing a permanent contract.
This allows clients to see the result and verify the quality before making a decision.
It’s a simple but highly effective solution that builds our credibility. We can also perform on-site tests, depending on the type and level of contamination.
Automation is a key element of your growth. How does it translate into efficiency and operational flexibility?
MN: We automate the washing process, enabling us to reach a capacity of more than 800,000 units per month while maintaining the highest cleanliness standards.
With state-of-the-art equipment, we can process three different packaging sizes simultaneously, reducing washing time and increasing precision.
This scalability and consistency of quality give our partners a clear advantage in the Just-in-Time model.
Do clients today expect only washing, or rather a comprehensive service covering the entire packaging cycle?
MN: Definitely a comprehensive service that covers the entire life cycle of returnable packaging – from collection and washing to storage and re-delivery to production lines.
That’s why, in addition to washing, we also provide transport and warehousing, allowing our clients to simplify logistics processes and significantly reduce operational costs.
The warehouse in Szałsza has become an important part of your operations – what sets it apart from other logistics centers?
MN: We operate a 11,000 m² warehouse equipped with nine loading docks and a ground-level gate, offering both block and pallet-racking storage options.
We operate under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards, and our logistics team ensures that packaging is delivered directly to production lines of our clients across Poland and Europe.
How does the Szałsza location support your operations and industrial clients?
MN: It’s a major advantage. Our logistics center is located right next to the A1 motorway and close to National Road 78, which connects Szałsza with Katowice Airport.
This location helps our clients save time and transportation costs.
It’s also a strong asset for investors and logistics companies that prioritize efficient Just-in-Time operations.
