In the first half of 2024, the demand for warehouse space in Poland saw a significant increase, with a 23% rise compared to the same period last year, according to experts from Knight Frank. At the end of June 2024, warehouse stock in Poland exceeded 33.5 million square meters, marking a 10% increase year-on-year. However, despite the growing demand, the supply of new warehouse space was limited, impacting the market dynamics.

A modern distribution facility is being built in Szczecin, 2 km from the A6 highway, in the Dunikowo special economic zone. The project, being developed by Harden Construction, includes the construction of a Panattoni Park Szczecin Dunikowo warehouse with more than 53,000 sqm of usable space, which is seeking BREEAM certification at the Outstanding level. Construction is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2025.
