Strong demand in Western Poland. CTP has secured a new tenant for CTPark Sulechów, leasing 34,450 sqm of modern warehouse and office space. A global logistics service provider will take 46% of the space available in the first phase of the development – 33,376 sqm of warehouse area and 1,074 sqm of office space. The lease transaction was brokered by SQM Advisory.
