ID Logistics leases all of Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate II

In February 2024, ID Logistics will start operations for one of the largest clothing distributors in the world. The company will occupy all of Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate II in Tarnowo Podgórne (47,000 sqm in total), with the new centre to be used to consolidate the operations of other locations.

GLP acquires two warehouses near Warsaw

Panattoni secures financing to develop factory for Maxcess

CTP leases 110,000 sqm to Raben Group in Warsaw

CTP has leased approximately 110,000 sqm at the CTPark Warsaw West complex to Raben Group, one of the largest logistics companies in the world. This 10-year lease is the largest transaction in the warehouse and logistics market in Poland this year, for which the Raben Group was advised by Savills, and was also a record-breaking agreement for 2023 across CTP’s entire portfolio.

Panattoni to build BTS facility in Szamotuły near Poznań

Panattoni has begun construction of a 9,500 sqm facility tailored for Air Spiralo, a ventilation systems manufacturer. The manufacturing and warehouse facility will be located in Szamotuły, near the company's main headquarters in Poland. The project is valued at nearly €8.4 million.

Construction of 7R Park Wrocław West II begins

7R has started work on 7R Park Wrocław West II. This is the company's first development made in accordance with its new decarbonization strategy. In this case, carbon dioxide emissions will be reduced by more than 50%.
