Omida Solutions continues leasing in Beskid Park II, Poland

In Czechowice-Dziedzice, at the Beskid Park II logistics center, Omida Solutions – a company from the Omida Group specializing in 3PL services – has extended its lease of 8,695 sqm of modern logistics space for another five years. The company has been operating in the facility since 2022, serving clients within contract logistics and distribution.

Beskid Park II was acquired on behalf of the Vestas European Strategic Allocation Logistics Fund II (VESALF II) and consists of five buildings with a total area of approximately 90,000 sqm. All properties hold BREEAM “Very Good” certification. The location near National Road No. 1 and the A4 motorway provides access to major domestic and international transport routes, making the park attractive for companies serving both Polish and cross-border markets.

VM Building Solutions remains in Lambres-lez-Douai, France

In France, at the Lambres-lez-Douai Logistics Park, VM Building Solutions — a European supplier of zinc, EPDM, and copper roof and façade materials — has extended its lease of 37,025 sqm for a further six years. The property, managed by Savills IM on behalf of VESALF I, is BREEAM New Construction certified at the “Very Good” level.

Lambres-lez-Douai is one of the key logistics hubs in northern France, serving both local operations and European distribution chains. Its location and technical standard make it attractive to both manufacturing and distribution companies.

European logistics assets continue to secure reliable tenants

Both transactions demonstrate that modern logistics properties in well-established transport corridors maintain their value over time. Tenants operating across multiple European markets increasingly choose certified, professionally managed facilities that offer operational predictability, long-term leasing security and strong connectivity.

According to representatives of Savills IM and Vestas IM, the lease extensions by Omida Solutions and VM Building Solutions reflect not only the quality and attractiveness of the assets, but also the importance of long-term partnerships and robust tenant relationships.

Savills IM and Vestas IM – actively managing logistics across Europe

VESALF I, launched in 2020, was among the first European blind-pool logistics funds financed exclusively by institutional investors from South Korea, targeting core and core-plus assets in established logistics hubs across Europe. VESALF II, active since 2022, builds on this strategy, investing in assets with long-term development potential and strong leasing fundamentals.

Savills Investment Management manages assets worth €26.1 billion (as of 31 March 2025) and operates through 15 offices, including Warsaw, Katowice, Paris, London, Madrid, Munich, and Singapore. In Poland, the company manages a portfolio worth €1.7 billion, comprising approximately 1.5 million sqm of logistics, office, and retail space. In France, the managed portfolio totals 830,000 sqm, of which around 750,000 sqm are logistics assets.

Stability, quality and location – the foundations of logistics asset value

The lease extensions in Poland and France confirm that logistics properties in established locations, supported by certification, infrastructure resilience and effective asset management, offer long-term operational value to tenants. It is precisely this combination of location, building quality and tenant relationships that underpins the lasting performance of portfolios managed by Savills IM and Vestas IM.
