GLP completes Poznań Airport Logistics Centre

GLP has completed the third building at Poznań Airport Logistics Centre in Poland. This is the final stage of the project, which offers a total of more than 81,000 sqm of warehouse and production space.

Szczecin-based SUUS sets its sights on automation, value-added services and Scandinavia

Cushman & Wakefield to manage NREP's warehouse portfolio

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed by BIK S.A. to manage a property portfolio comprising four logistics parks. BIK S.A. is a Polish logistics developer owned by investment fund NREP NSF IV and supervised by Logicenters – the logistics platform of NREP. Cushman & Wakefield will provide integrated asset management solutions including financial and accounting services and ESG strategy execution advisory for Logistics Centre Kraków I, Logistics Centre Kraków II, BIK Park Sosnowiec II and BIK Park Wrocław I, with a combined leasable area of around 80,000 sqm.

MLP Group launches new project in Zgorzelec

MLP Group is set to begin the construction of a new logistics centre in the southwestern part of Poland. The target space of the facilities to be delivered at the MLP Zgorzelec park, located right by the borders with Germany and the Czech Republic, will total approximately 50 thousand sqm.

MLP will lease more

MLP Group leased some 240,000 sqm of space last year. The largest number of contracts were concluded at the MLP Pruszków II park near Warsaw and MLP Poznań West. It is planned to increase the level of commercialization by about 20 percent this year.

Trigea buys City Logistics Wrocław II

Trigea nemovitostní fond has acquired City Logistics Wrocław II, an urban logistics park developed and managed by Panattoni. The asset is the second city logistics investment in Poland in Trigea’s portfolio. The parties agreed not to disclose the value of the transaction.

Construction starts in Wiskitki

CTP begins the construction of a warehouse and industrial complex in Wiskitki near Warsaw. CTPark Warsaw West will be the company's fourth investment located in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship.
