CTPark Opole Welcomes New OPOL 5 Building, Enhances Logistics Capabilities

Developer CTP has officially commissioned the OPOL 5 building, spanning over 8,700 sqm, as a new addition to the expansive CTPark Opole complex. This state-of-the-art facility, constructed by WPIP Construction, is already attracting major players in the logistics sector, with Rohlig Suus Logistics and Grupa Raben securing significant space.

CTPark Opole: A Dynamic Logistics and Production Hub

CTPark Opole marked CTP's entry into the Polish market and has since evolved into a remarkably dynamic project. In just a few years, five modern production and logistics halls have been completed, totaling nearly 89,000 sqm, with an impressive 95% occupancy rate. The complex currently hosts ten diverse companies from logistics, automotive, and manufacturing sectors, including renowned names such as PUKY, IAC, Shanghai Pret Composites, TitanX Engine Cooling, UFI Filters Poland, ELSTEEL, OPOLGRAF, and KELVION. The new OPOL 5 building specifically houses operations for Grupa Raben and Rohlig Suus Logistics, further solidifying the park's appeal as a premier business location.

Strategic Importance and Economic Impact

Bożena Górecka from Raben Logistics Polska highlighted the new headquarters as a celebration of the company's 15-year presence in Opole. Rafał Małek from Rohlig SUUS Logistics emphasized that the launch of their transshipment terminal significantly strengthens logistics services across southwestern Poland. Local authorities, including Opole’s President Arkadiusz Wiśniewski and Opolskie Voivodeship Marshal Szymon Ogłaza, underscored the investment's crucial role in regional economic development, attracting new investors, and creating valuable employment opportunities.

Key Features of OPOL 5 and Future Expansion

The OPOL 5 building still offers approximately 2,500 sqm of prime space for lease. Built by WPIP Construction, the facility is equipped with advanced features designed for efficiency and sustainability. These include a photovoltaic installation for renewable energy, polycarbonate panels for optimal natural lighting, and an automated, unmanned entry system. A state-of-the-art automatic fire notification system is also slated for imminent launch. Marek Mielnik of WPIP Construction noted the integration of the company's extensive experience in industrial infrastructure with modern and pro-ecological solutions.

Looking ahead, CTP is committed to further expansion in Opole. The next phase of development will see the construction of the OPOL 6 hall, which will add over 3,000 sqm of new space to the thriving complex, offering even more opportunities for businesses seeking strategic locations.
