Real Management S.A. has signed a lease with OEX Fulfilio Sp. z o.o., a company specializing in providing e-commerce solutions, loyalty programs and POS materials. OEX Fulfilio has leased warehouse and office space in the production and industrial park Good Point V. The handover date for the space of 14,550 sqm is scheduled for Q1 2025.
Savills Investment Management has signed two lease agreements at Park Szczecin Trzebusz totalling almost 30,000 sqm. The new tenant of the warehouse centre in Szczecin is Autodoc Logistics. Furthermore, one of the current tenants, Hegen Europe, has decided to expand its space as part of the logistics park within the Savills IM portfolio in Poland.
Panattoni has completed another production plant in the Kraków region. Technoform, the leading producer of double-glazing components, is to use 9,400 sqm of BTS space. The centre is to serve markets in both Poland and the EU. The development was financed with an €8 million loan from Credit Agricole.
The results of Sunday's parliamentary elections in Poland bring a change in the ruling party, which could affect many aspects of the country, including the warehouse market. After two terms and eight years of independent rule, the Law and Justice Party (PiS) must cede power to the opposition. This pleases foreign investors, who may have feared worsening legal and tax chaos and Poland's long-term exit from European Union structures.
CTP has leased approximately 110,000 sqm at the CTPark Warsaw West complex to Raben Group, one of the largest logistics companies in the world. This 10-year lease is the largest transaction in the warehouse and logistics market in Poland this year, for which the Raben Group was advised by Savills, and was also a record-breaking agreement for 2023 across CTP’s entire portfolio.
Panattoni has begun construction of a 9,500 sqm facility tailored for Air Spiralo, a ventilation systems manufacturer. The manufacturing and warehouse facility will be located in Szamotuły, near the company's main headquarters in Poland. The project is valued at nearly €8.4 million.
7R finalized the sale of 7R Park Szczecin and 7R Park Łódź West II. The new owner of the properties became P3 Logistic Parks. The price has not been disclosed.
A record 2.6 million sqm of warehouse and industrial space was delivered across Poland in the first half of 2023 amid clear signs of new-build construction slowing down.
