New logistics park near Warsaw. EIKA and Waimea break ground

EIKA Asset Management and Waimea Holding have launched another logistics project near Warsaw. Bank Pekao S.A. is providing nearly €15 million in financing for the first phase of the development, which will eventually offer 117,000 sqm of warehouse space.
