Ilona Szafer to lead Savills IM’s operations in Poland

 

Warsaw, 17 July 2025 – Savills Investment Management, an international real estate investment manager, has appointed Ilona Szafer as Head of Poland. Based in Warsaw, she will be responsible for the firm’s local strategy, operations, acquisitions, and asset management.

 

Logistics and retail as key pillars of the Polish portfolio

 

Over the past eight years, Savills IM has expanded its presence in Poland to approximately 1.5 million sqm of logistics, industrial, retail and office space. The total value of assets under management in the country now stands at around €1.7 billion. The firm continues to develop its Polish footprint through a variety of funds and mandates as part of a pan-European investment strategy.

 

20 years of experience and a pan-European background

 

Ilona Szafer has been with Savills IM since 2017. Prior to her promotion, she served as Head of Asset Management Retail in Poland. Her career spans more than two decades and includes senior roles at MARK Capital Management (formerly Meyer Bergman), IMMOFINANZ and TriGranit.
