7R launches €230M investment in Kraków. A next-gen industrial hub to transform Nowa Huta

7R is starting its largest project to date – a state-of-the-art industrial and technology hub worth over €230 million. Located in Kraków’s Nowa Huta district, within the “Ruszcza” Industrial and Logistics Centre, the investment will deliver more than 230,000 sqm of space dedicated to advanced manufacturing and logistics operations. The development is expected to generate over 2,000 new jobs and become a major catalyst for regional economic growth.

Panattoni expands Siedlce Park – regional logistics market gains momentum

As demand for modern logistics space continues to surge, industrial real estate leader Panattoni is strengthening its presence in Eastern Poland with a significant expansion of its Panattoni Park Siedlce. The move follows the signing of two major lease agreements that will fully commercialize existing space and drive new development tailored to tenant needs.

The logistics, warehouse and industrial space market is undergoing dynamic changes. The authors of the quarterly report from BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland point to persistently high demand, which has been accompanied by a low vacancy rate for a long time, and recently also a slowdown on the part of developers.

CTP with a benchmark in Czosnów

CTP is entering the decisive phase of the construction of the first stage of CTPark Warsaw North in the Czosnów commune. Completion of the works is scheduled for the beginning of 2023. As part of the first stage, the investment will offer over 64,000 sqm. sqm warehouse space.

Logicor delivered up 20,000

Logicor has completed the construction of a warehouse with an area of ​​approximately 21.2 thousand sqm in Logicor Bucharest II Park, 10 km northeast of Bucharest city center.

Low voltage near Opole

Elsteel, a supplier of low voltage electrical installation enclosures, has chosen CTPark Opole as the location of its Polish headquarters. In November, the tenant will move into the third of the four buildings planned in the complex.
