CTPark Toruń goes live. First building officially delivered

CTP has launched CTPark Toruń. The first phase of the project – a 26,857 m² industrial and logistics building – has been officially delivered and is already partially leased. The new urban logistics park brings flexible space for logistics, production and e-commerce, strengthening Toruń’s position on Poland’s investment map and across the CEE region. Construction of the second phase is already underway, with the project set to deliver more than 46,600 m² of modern business space in total.

Panattoni Delivers 102,000 sqm of Advanced Logistics and Warehouse Space at Wrocław Campus 2

Panattoni is expanding its flagship logistics complex, Wrocław Campus 2 in Krzyżowice, adding 102,000 sqm of modern industrial space. The first tenant of the new phase will be DSV – Global Transport and Logistics, the world’s largest logistics operator, which will occupy 45,000 sqm, while the remaining space is being developed speculatively.
