NJW’s expansion at Panattoni Park Zgierz II

 

NJW Sp. z o.o., supported by Platis, has signed an expansion agreement under which it leased 8,476 sqm of modern warehouse space at Panattoni Park Zgierz II. As a result, NJW’s total operational area has increased to 13,500 sqm.

The decision to expand operational capacity forms part of the company’s long-term growth strategy, focused on strengthening its presence in key logistics locations and scaling operations in line with growing client requirements.

 

Second joint project with Platis

Location and standard of the logistics park

 

Panattoni Park Zgierz II is a Class A logistics center with a total leasable area of approximately 160,000 sqm. The park is located in close proximity to the A2 motorway junction and the intersection of the A2 and A1 motorways, ensuring excellent transport accessibility and efficient connections with key domestic markets.
