Accolade completes second warehouse park in Białystok

The completion of the industrial park in Choroszcz, a Białystok district, has been announced. The Czech investor made its debut in the region in 2018 with an investment in an industrial park in Białystok. Currently, Accolade owns facilities totaling approximately 80,000 sqm in the Białystok region. Both Park Białystok I and the nearby Park Białystok II in Choroszcz remain fully leased. All the parks in Accolade's portfolio are BREEAM certified and aligned with the specifics of each region.

Panattoni has completed the construction of a production plant in Silesia. The developer has delivered a 21,000 sqm center to Hager Group, the leading provider of electric installation solutions and services. The factor will primarily be used for the production of electrical safety equipment.

RHENUS TAKES A NEW BUILDING IN SEGRO LOGISTICS PARK WARSAW

Rhenus Office Systems, a supplier and operator of modern business services, has moved into a new facility with an area of 8,500 sqm in SEGRO Logistics Park Warsaw, Nadarzyn, which will soon receive the BREEAM Excellent certificate. The newest warehouse and office space is the second space rented by the company in this location. In total, Rhenus Office Systems leases 10,200 sqm in the logistics park.

Rohlig SUUS Logistics acquires in Czech Republic and plans further expansion

Rohlig SUUS Logistics has taken a 100 percent stake in Joppa Logistics, a Czech company specializing in warehousing services and groupage road transport. With the investment, SUUS will almost double its market share in the Czech Republic and strengthen its position in Central and Eastern Europe. This is the company's first foreign acquisition and its second in just a few months, following the acquisition of Polish company Expert, which specializes in last-mile deliveries and value-added services. The deal was signed on June 6, 2023, and the entire transaction is expected to be finalized in the coming weeks.

CARTONPLAST GROUP EXTENDS ITS LEASE IN LOGICOR MYSŁOWICE

The Cartonplast Group, a supplier of plastic layer pads and pallets, has renewed its lease of more than 3,650 sqm of warehouse and office space in Logicor Mysłowice. The tenant was represented in the renegotiation process by the real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.
