Total warehouse stock in Poland stands at close to 30 million sqm

According to the report prepared by Newmark Polska, the first quarter of 2023 was dominated by the Polish warehouse and industrial market the number two. Warehouse deliveries totalled almost two million sqm and close to two million sqm of warehouse space was available for immediate occupancy. There is just over two million sqm under construction, while Poland’s overall vacancy rate is now at its highest in over two years.

Panattoni opens sixth building in K-FLEX complex in Uniejów

Panattoni has completed the construction of the sixth building in the K-FLEX production and storage centre in Uniejów and together with the client has held the formal opening ceremony. Aareal Bank to enhance MLP Group's financial stability

MLP Group has established a relationship with the German banking institution Aareal Bank AG, whereby the latter has committed funds of over €63.5 million. The borrowed funds will be applied to refinance the MLP Poznań West project and to finance new investment projects undertaken by the MLP Group.

Rohlig Suus Logistics leases 20,000 sqm at MDC2 Park Gliwice

Rohlig Suus Logistics have leased 20,393 sqm, which will include 19,773 sqm of warehouse space and 420 sqm of office and social space. The total area of the 3 warehouse buildings in the park will exceed 57,000 sqm.

SUUS strengthens its position in the West Pomeranian region and opens a new cross-dock warehouse in Koszalin

Rohlig SUUS Logistics, Poland's largest logistics operator, is opening a new cross-dock warehouse in Koszalin and significantly increasing its existing operational capacity. The company also relies on pro-environmental solutions in the new branch. This is another recent investment by SUUS in the West Pomeranian region. The logistics operator also recently opened a new facility in Szczecin.

Poland leads the EU warehouse market in terms of supply

According to a report by Newmark Polska, development activity across the EU continued unabated, with more than 20 million sqm of modern warehouse and industrial space coming onto the market in 2022. Poland topped the league table with close to 4.4 million sqm. Germany and the Czech Republic also reported high supply levels: over 2 million sqm and 1.1 million sqm, respectively. Poland is also on the podium in terms of demand.

MLP Czeladź receives Excellent BREEAM rating

MLP Group has received an Excellent rating as part of the BREEAM International New Construction Version 6.0 Shell and core assessment for two buildings at the MLP Czeladź logistics centre.

Panattoni starts construction of new building in Bielsko-Biała

Panattoni has started the development of a third building with an area of almost 40,000 sqm in the Panattoni Park Bielsko Biała IV park. As much as 22,000 sqm is to be leased by Polmotors. The company is to employ around 1,000 people in a factory, which is to serve markets across the globe. Upon completion, the Panattoni Park Bielsko Biała IV development is to comprise three buildings with a combined area of over 100,000 sqm. The complex is almost fully commercialised.
