Kabar reinforces its organisational structure

The company has announced management board changes aimed at ensuring stability, continuity and further development. Artur Hiszpański and Piotr Miodek will remain on the board, continuing to implement a strategy built around innovative technologies and services that support clients’ energy efficiency.

Kabar’s development plans include the advancement of its ESCO business line, the expansion of hydrogen technologies (H2), as well as international growth — currently with a focus on the Romanian market.

Piotr Miodek’s experience strengthens the company’s competencies

Piotr Miodek brings 15 years of experience in the construction industry, including work in the areas of sustainability and building decarbonisation. Before joining Kabar, he held the roles of Head of Construction & Sustainability at 7R and Commercial Director at Bremer.

He is an expert in ESG, energy-efficient solutions and the implementation of modern environmental technologies in commercial buildings. His knowledge will support the development of Kabar’s new products and services.

“Thanks to our know-how, experience and a team of top-class specialists, we deliver not only projects, but above all long-term value for clients — from improved energy efficiency to reduced emissions,” emphasises Piotr Miodek.

Continued development under the leadership of Artur Hiszpański

Artur Hiszpański, co-founder and President of the Kabar Group, will continue to oversee the company’s key operational areas: design, implementation of modern installations and the development of new technologies. Kabar plans to intensify work on its new business lines and further strengthen its international expansion.

“We are a technology company focused on stability, innovation and long-term value for our clients. With the reorganisation phase behind us, we are fully focused on developing new business areas and leveraging the opportunities created by the market’s energy transition,” says Artur Hiszpański.

Over 350 completed projects and a portfolio of well-known brands

Over the past decade, Kabar has delivered more than 350 projects involving electrical, telecommunications, automation and renewable energy installations in industrial, logistics and public-use buildings.

Its clients include recognisable brands such as Amazon, DHL, Panattoni, H&M, LPP, Inditex, Best Secret, InPost, Bosch and many others.

New business lines: MEP, ESCO, H2 and international development

Kabar’s core activity is based on comprehensive execution of internal mechanical, electrical and sanitary installations, as well as energy storage systems and photovoltaic solutions. These competencies form the foundation for the company’s innovative services and new business lines.

The key areas include:

  • Kabar MEP – mechanical, electrical and sanitary installations

  • Kabar ESCO – energy efficiency advisory and financing (including projects fully financed by Kabar)

  • Kabar H2 – hydrogen technologies and alternative fuel applications

  • Kabar International – development of operations on foreign markets, currently Romania

The company highlights that its ESCO line goes beyond theoretical assessments — Kabar actively supports clients in securing financing or finances the investments itself, generating measurable operational savings.
