Further enhancing the offerings, WPIP Construction will also undertake fit-out work for office space tailored for future tenant BBB Industries. These projects in Zabrze are also largely scheduled for completion by the fourth quarter of 2025.

Aligning with modern sustainability trends and tenant requirements, plans for the new developments in Zabrze and parts of the Opole project include the installation of photovoltaic (solar) panels.
