Hillwood Polska has made a significant strategic move, investing approximately 70 million euro to acquire two modern logistics parks in northern Wrocław. This major acquisition from funds managed by Blackstone not only expands Hillwood’s already robust portfolio but also solidifies its commanding presence in one of Poland's most competitive and rapidly expanding warehouse markets, offering new opportunities for businesses seeking prime logistics solutions.

Hillwood's Strategic Expansion in Wrocław's Thriving Logistics Hub

The acquisition of these two fully-leased facilities, now operating as Hillwood Wrocław City I and Hillwood Wrocław City II, adds nearly 100,000 square meters of high-quality logistics space to Hillwood's portfolio, bringing its total to over 2.1 million square meters. This latest investment underscores Hillwood's unwavering commitment to its consistent expansion strategy across Poland, targeting key logistics locations with established, fully commercialized properties.

A Banner Year for Hillwood Polska's Growth and Development

The Wrocław acquisition is part of a broader, highly successful year for Hillwood Polska. Including projects in Silesia and Gdańsk, the company has acquired over 300,000 square meters of stabilized logistics assets in 2025 alone, with the total value of acquisitions exceeding 200 million euro. Despite prevailing market challenges, Hillwood has maintained a high level of development activity, finalizing approximately 40 lease agreements, demonstrating its leadership and adaptability in the commercial real estate sector.

Hubert Michalak, President of Hillwood Poland, highlighted the strategic importance of this growth: “Lower Silesia is currently one of the most vital logistics hubs in Central Europe, and Wrocław consistently attracts companies scaling their international operations. This transaction with Blackstone not only strengthens the foundation of our portfolio but also accelerates the realization of our long-term strategy for increasing asset value.”
