Developer 7R, known for high-quality warehouses and industrial facilities, is commencing a significant technical and production hub project in Krakow's Nowa Huta district, specifically within the “Ruszcza” Logistics and Industrial Center.
This substantial investment, valued at 1 billion PLN, is part of the broader “Nowa Huta Future” initiative and will feature three buildings providing a total of 230,000 sqm of technology and production space.
