Panattoni Secures €24M for Major Zgierz Warehouse & Office Expansion

Panattoni has secured €24 million in financing from PKO Bank Polski to complete the second phase of Panattoni Park Zgierz II. The modern logistics and office complex will be expanded by 70,000 sqm, including 30,500 sqm for a drugstore chain and 10,500 sqm for cosmetics manufacturer Bielenda. Once completed, the park will offer a total of 120,000 sqm and will be certified BREEAM Excellent.
