As shown by the data from the "Marketbeat" report, in the first months of the year, the total demand for warehouse space in Poland reached 1.56 million sq m, and the volume of investments under construction reached a record 4.8 million sq m.

Best quarter for supply

According to the latest report "Occupier Insight - Warehouse and industrial market in Q1 2022" published by Newmark Polska, the total resources of modern warehouse and industrial space in Poland exceeded 25 million sq m, which means an increase of 16.6%. compared to the same period in 2021. New supply in the first three months of the year amounted to nearly 1.3 million sq m. and it was the highest quarterly result in the history of the Polish market.

The last warehouse is being built at P3 Poznań
