Over 10 years of partnership and continuous growth
The collaboration between Logwin Poland and Nespresso has been ongoing since 2011, covering contract logistics for three key sales channels: e-commerce, retail, and B2B. In recent months, the companies carried out a comprehensive redesign of logistics processes, resulting in a nearly 30% increase in operational capacity.
The modernization included the expansion of Pick-to-Light (P2L) areas for Nespresso’s product lines – Original Line (OL) and Vertuo Line (VL). Importantly, all upgrades were completed in just one month without disrupting ongoing operations.
Efficiency and customer satisfaction as top priorities
“Our partnership with Logwin Poland has been a cornerstone of our contract logistics for years. The latest process and infrastructure improvements have significantly enhanced our efficiency and flexibility. As a result, we can respond even faster to customer needs across e-commerce, retail, and B2B channels. This directly translates into higher satisfaction and loyalty, which are crucial to our long-term strategy,” says Julita Palmowska, Customer Care & Operations Manager at Nestlé Nespresso SA.
System integration and future innovation
The next phase of the collaboration will focus on full system integration between Logwin Poland and Nespresso. This will enable complete automation of data exchange and create a foundation for further technological innovations designed to raise efficiency and reliability even higher.
“Extending the partnership is proof that our logistics solutions deliver measurable value and truly support our customer’s growth. The strongest asset we have for the coming years is the trust and partnership we have built with Nespresso – working as one team and reaching for ambitious goals. In a business where reliability, flexibility, and collaboration create a competitive edge, this approach is key,” adds Marek Klichowicz, Branch Manager at Logwin.
