Panattoni builds 90,000 sqm in Poznań

Panattoni Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, keeps going strong in Greater Poland. On the outskirts of Poznań, the developer is building 90,000 sqm of space across three parks – in Jaryszki (Panattoni Park Poznań VII), Komorniki (Panattoni Park Poznań IV), and Swadzim (Panattoni Park Poznań IX), with 200,000 sqm more planned.

Carrefour and Panattoni for the second time – more than 63,600 sqm in Central Poland

It is going to be a BTS facility featuring in excess of 63,600 sqm. The project will be delivered in Central Poland in Rawa Mazowiecka. Completion of construction works is anticipated towards the end of 2019.

ROHLIG SUUS Logistics opens up at Panattoni Park Wrocław IX

Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, announces the opening of a new logistics centre of ROHLIG SUUS Logistics at Panattoni Park Wrocław IX. New Panattoni Park Zabrze: 65,000 sqm with first tenants

Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, has embarked on the construction of Panattoni Park Zabrze with planned space of 64,200 sqm. The distribution centre is being built in a historic industrial part of the city, and has already secured its first tenants. They are – a beer producer set to take up 5,400 sqm and Ban-Food, a logistics operator with 2,200 sqm. The first 20,000 sqm will be available already this autumn.

A strong start for Panattoni Park Wrocław XI – 100,000 sqm, including 72,000 sqm for Pantos Logistics

Panattoni Europe is not slowing down in Lower Silesia. Soon after announcing the construction of S5 Wrocław North Gate, the developer reveals another project – Panattoni Park Wrocław XI. The investment, planned to total 100,000 sqm, has become number one for Pantos Logistics. The company will take up 72,000 sqm in the park to run operations for LG Chem, LG Electronics and others. The project as a whole is scheduled for completion on 30 November 2019.
