Panattoni enters the Netherlands

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, enters another market in the Old Continent. Starting from December 2019, the developer is launching its first office in the Netherlands – the second largest warehouse market in Europe. It will be headed by Jeroen Gerritsen as Managing Director.

Panattoni builds an additional 53,000 sqm in Lublin

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, continues its investments in Lublin. The planned Panattoni Park Lublin III will consist of four class A warehouse halls totalling 53,110 sqm. Construction works began last October and the first tenants include well-known logistics operators. They have taken up 12,000 sqm in total.

Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II with another tenant – close to 18,300 sqm for Nissin Logistics

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, will provide the logistics company Nissin Logistics with 18,295 sqm of warehouse space at Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II. It is already the second tenant for the upcoming project, which will be delivered in Q1 2020.

Panattoni Europe converts 12,000 sqm for Sealed Air plant in Łódź

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, has been developing a plant for Sealed Air. 12,000 sqm of space will be converted at Panattoni Business Center Łódź III for the investment project. The facility is to be delivered within a very short time - the production of foam protecting industrial goods in transport is scheduled to start in November, just six months after signing a lease agreement

Warsaw with its third City Logistics Park – 25,000 sqm next to the Warszawa Zachód junction

Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, is expanding its city logistics arm. The developer has announced the construction of another park in this formula – City Logistics Warsaw III with 25,000 sqm of space. The park will be situated next to the western section of the Warsaw Bypass. The first tenant is Trena Sp. z o.o., an online wholesaler and retailer of professional beauty products. The company has leased 9,000 sqm at the park and is anticipated to move into the newly built facility already in May 2020.

Panattoni delivers two BTS facilities for DHL Parcel Polska – e-commerce operations in the Warsaw region

Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, has completed nearly 17,000 sqm of space for DHL Parcel Polska. It consists of two distribution centres dedicated to e-commerce operations, built in the Warsaw region – at Panattoni Park Pruszków III and in Radzymin. Both facilities have been developed in line with DHL’s GOGREEN policy and have undergone BREEAM environmental certification process, achieving a Good and Very Good rating.

Panattoni Park Gdańsk Airport gets underway – 107,000 sqm with more than half taken up by home&you

Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, embarks on a new project near the Tricity Airport – Panattoni Park Gdańsk Airport. The distribution centre with close to 107,000 sqm has already got a stamp of approval from BBK S.A. – 68,500 sqm of the facility will be used as a multifunctional warehouse for home&you, a leading brand of interior furnishing articles. Completion of construction works is planned for mid-2020.

Panattoni buys and builds in Ruda Śląska

Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, gets ready for another investment in Silesia. The developer has acquired a site to build Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska II, planned to exceed 55,200 sqm. Construction works are set to start by early 2020.
