Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II in the spotlight. Out of the nearly 40,000 sqm of warehouse space under development, more than half has been spoken for. Approximately 5,000 sqm will be finished as a sorting plant by one of the Polish logistics operators. Now, a further 18,295 sqm will be taken up by Nissin Logistics – the leading Japanese logistics operator with a presence in Europe, Asia and America. A lion’s share of the leased space will be used as a warehouse dedicated to one of its customers, a manufacturer of metal beverage packaging.

“The leases signed to take up space at the upcoming park point to the growing interest in this region and the increasing demand for modern class A warehouse space” – says Dorota Jagodzinska-Sasson, Managing Director at Panattoni Europe, and adds “Bydgoszcz is one of the best emerging locations. This is partly because it is easier to recruit staff here than in the leading markets, and the road infrastructure in the region is getting better and better. The new expressways, particularly the S5, make Bydgoszcz and Kuyavia more attractive to both logistics providers and manufacturing businesses”.

Sebastian Muziński, General Manager at Nissin Logistics, also comments on the contract: “By leasing warehouse space at the new Panattoni Park, we will be able to enhance our storage efficiency, as well as improve performance in our warehousing operations, seen as the warehouse has been custom-tailored to the needs of our principal customer at the park. We are hoping that the launch of a new warehouse will help further our business development in the Bydgoszcz market”.

Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II comprises close to 40,000 sqm of modern industrial space in a single building. The complex is being developed within city limits, a short distance from the Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technological Park, just 3 km from the city’s bypass and national road no 80, and 9 km from the interchange with the S10 expressway.
The flexible units in the park can be used for storage or light manufacturing purposes, and the grounds surrounding the building will feature convenient service yards and spacious parking facilities. The project will undergo BREEAM certification, aiming for a GOOD rating.
