Panattoni Secures €24M for Major Zgierz Warehouse & Office Expansion

Panattoni has secured €24 million in financing from PKO Bank Polski to complete the second phase of Panattoni Park Zgierz II. The modern logistics and office complex will be expanded by 70,000 sqm, including 30,500 sqm for a drugstore chain and 10,500 sqm for cosmetics manufacturer Bielenda. Once completed, the park will offer a total of 120,000 sqm and will be certified BREEAM Excellent.

Panattoni has announced the purchase of a 9.6-hectare plot in Zakrzów, just 19 km from the center of Krakow. The project has already attracted its first tenant – Highway Automotive, a company specializing in the distribution of parts for trucks, buses, and agricultural and construction machinery.

Sale of a Modern BTS Warehouse in Teresin by Trademarc Property Fund

Trademarc Property Fund has sold a modern BTS warehouse covering nearly 37,600 sqm in Teresin. The facility was developed in two phases: the first phase, completed in June 2021, covered 24,800 sqm, and the second, with an additional 12,800 sqm, was finished in 2023. The property was leased to a distributor of FMCG brands, small household appliances, and HoReCa products, tailored to the tenant's specific needs. The co-owner and asset manager of the facility is Griffin Capital Partners.

Modern Warehouse Panattoni Park Szczecin Dunikowo: Harden Construction's investment for Retai Industry Leader

A modern distribution facility is being built in Szczecin, 2 km from the A6 highway, in the Dunikowo special economic zone. The project, being developed by Harden Construction, includes the construction of a Panattoni Park Szczecin Dunikowo warehouse with more than 53,000 sqm of usable space, which is seeking BREEAM certification at the Outstanding level. Construction is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2025.

Panattoni begins construction of an industrial park in Bedzin.

Panattoni has begun construction of a new industrial park in Bedzin. The first phase of work has already started and is expected to be completed in September. It will include a 27,500 sqm building under speculative construction. The total area of the park will be 87,500 sqm.
