Major Expansion Underway at Panattoni Park Zgierz
Panattoni, a leading industrial real estate developer, has announced a significant milestone in the development of its Panattoni Park Zgierz facility. The company has successfully secured €24 million in financing from PKO Bank Polski to fund the second phase of this key logistics park development.
This new phase represents a substantial expansion, adding approximately 70,000 square meters of modern industrial space. The added area includes around 30,500 sqm dedicated to high-quality warehouse facilities and 1,300 sqm of modern office space.
Strategic Space for Leading Businesses
The expansion is already attracting significant tenants. Additionally, Bielenda, a well-known cosmetics producer, will establish its central warehouse covering 10,500 sqm within the expanded park.
State-of-the-Art Facilities and Prime Location
Upon completion of the second phase, Panattoni Park Zgierz will boast a total area of 120,000 sqm, offering ample capacity for various business needs, from warehousing and distribution to light manufacturing. The park is designed to meet the highest sustainability standards and is set to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification.
The location of Panattoni Park Zgierz is a major asset for logistics and businesses requiring efficient distribution. Situated in close proximity to both Łódź and Zgierz, the park benefits from excellent connectivity to Poland's major transportation network, being strategically located near the vital A2 (east-west) and A1 (north-south) motorways. This prime location ensures swift access to key markets and facilitates efficient supply chain operations.
