The developer has secured €24 million in financing from Bank Pekao for Panattoni Park Białystok III – a modern Class A warehouse development in the Podlaskie region. Panattoni is expanding its flagship logistics complex, Wrocław Campus 2 in Krzyżowice, adding 102,000 sqm of modern industrial space. The first tenant of the new phase will be DSV – Global Transport and Logistics, the world’s largest logistics operator, which will occupy 45,000 sqm, while the remaining space is being developed speculatively. The project stands out for its location within one of the most dynamic logistics hubs in the CEE region, its BREEAM Excellent certification, and advanced solutions supporting operational efficiency and sustainability.

New Sustainable Segro Warehouse & Office Space Near Warsaw Ready for Your Business

SEGRO is launching another development near Warsaw. A 15,600 sq m modern warehouse and production facility is rising in Ożarów, with as much as 80% of the space leased before construction even began.
