HOPI stays at P3 Mszczonów – 34,000 sqm for the years ahead

P3 Logistic Parks has extended its long-term lease agreement with HOPI, one of the largest logistics operators in Central Europe. At the P3 Mszczonów park, HOPI occupies nearly 34,000 sqm of warehouse and office space, which serves as the company’s central warehouse and headquarters. The decision to continue the cooperation confirms both the attractive location and the high standards offered by P3.

Prologis reports strong H1 2025 results – occupancy above market average

Prologis, the global leader in logistics real estate, signed lease agreements for more than 320,000 sqm in Poland during the first half of 2025, reaching an occupancy rate of over 95% – three percentage points above the market average. The company also outperformed the market in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia, with its total Central European portfolio now exceeding 5 million sqm.

Stokado debuts in Kraków with a modern self-storage facility

Stokado, Poland’s second-largest self-storage operator, has opened its first facility in Kraków. Located on Sosnowiecka Street, the 5,000 m² building combines round-the-clock access with smart technology and sustainable solutions. NRF Thermal Engineering Poland is entering a new stage of growth with the lease of 12,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II. The modern production and warehouse facility, set to achieve BREEAM “Excellent” certification, will enable the company to expand its manufacturing capacity, consolidate operations, and enhance logistics. New logistics park near Warsaw. EIKA and Waimea break ground

EIKA Asset Management and Waimea Holding have launched another logistics project near Warsaw. Bank Pekao S.A. is providing nearly €15 million in financing for the first phase of the development, which will eventually offer 117,000 sqm of warehouse space. Strategically located near Modlin Airport and designed to meet BREEAM standards, the investment marks a new quality on the Polish industrial market. The total value of the project is expected to exceed €70 million — and this is just the beginning.

Hillwood starts construction of a new warehouse park near Warsaw

Hillwood Poland has launched the development of its latest warehouse project – S8 Warsaw South. The investment is located in the municipality of Żabia Wola, right next to the S8 expressway and only 25 minutes from the center of Warsaw. This is another step in the developer’s strategy to expand modern logistics spaces in strategic locations.
