Prologis reports strong H1 2025 results – occupancy above market average

Prologis, the global leader in logistics real estate, signed lease agreements for more than 320,000 sqm in Poland during the first half of 2025, reaching an occupancy rate of over 95% – three percentage points above the market average. The company also outperformed the market in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia, with its total Central European portfolio now exceeding 5 million sqm.

Stokado debuts in Kraków with a modern self-storage facility

New logistics park near Warsaw. EIKA and Waimea break ground

EIKA Asset Management and Waimea Holding have launched another logistics project near Warsaw. Bank Pekao S.A. is providing nearly €15 million in financing for the first phase of the development, which will eventually offer 117,000 sqm of warehouse space. Strategically located near Modlin Airport and designed to meet BREEAM standards, the investment marks a new quality on the Polish industrial market. The total value of the project is expected to exceed €70 million — and this is just the beginning.

Hillwood starts construction of a new warehouse park near Warsaw

Hillwood Poland has launched the development of its latest warehouse project – S8 Warsaw South. The investment is located in the municipality of Żabia Wola, right next to the S8 expressway and only 25 minutes from the center of Warsaw. This is another step in the developer’s strategy to expand modern logistics spaces in strategic locations.

Panattoni bets on Siedlce – a new class A warehouse under construction

Panattoni, in cooperation with Harden Construction, is developing a modern class A warehouse with 5,500 m² of storage space and 500 m² of office area in Ujrzanów, near Siedlce. This investment responds to the growing demand for high-quality logistics space in this part of Poland. Designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent certification, the facility will be delivered later this year. Loading docks, ground-level gates, energy-efficient solutions, and a state-of-the-art BMS system will ensure functionality and top operational comfort. Siedlce is strengthening its position on Poland’s logistics map. Could this be the beginning of a bigger shift in the east?

Panattoni secures green light for financing – second phase of City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV takes off

Panattoni has secured €10 million in financing from Santander Bank Polska for the development of the second phase of City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV – a modern logistics park located just 5 km from Chopin Airport. The new phase will deliver 11,500 sqm of warehouse space, including 1,600 sqm of high-standard office space. The project will be developed in line with BREEAM Excellent certification standards. With a modular design and prime location near S2, S7 and S8 expressways, the park is tailored to the needs of e-commerce, light production and last mile logistics. The first tenant is already confirmed – another step forward in building Warsaw’s urban logistics infrastructure.
