A strategic step in NRF Thermal Engineering Poland’s growth
NRF Thermal Engineering Poland, a leader in advanced cooling solutions, has secured 12,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II. The lease agreement is part of the company’s expansion strategy, aimed at relocating and significantly increasing its production processes in Poland.
“This is an important milestone in our company’s history, fully aligned with our strategic vision. Five years after launching production in Poland, we continue to maintain a fast growth pace. The new location will help us keep supporting our customers with top quality and even greater efficiency,” says Ángela García, Director Industrial & Marine at NRF Thermal Engineering Poland.
Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II – a hub for modern production and logistics
The new NRF Thermal Engineering Poland facility will form part of a larger building with a total area of 39,000 sqm, scheduled for completion in Q1 2026. Located in Kowale, near Gdańsk, the complex is part of a wider Panattoni investment, which will ultimately deliver over 113,000 sqm of modern industrial space.
“Our development in the Pomeranian Voivodeship is a natural response to the growing activity of industrial investors in the region. We are delighted that such a renowned company as NRF Thermal Engineering Poland has chosen Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II,” says Martyna Sochaczewska, Leasing Director at Panattoni.
Designed with sustainability in mind, the building will target BREEAM “Excellent” certification. Additional features, including a dedicated van ramp, will further improve the efficiency of logistics operations.
Gdańsk – a strategically important location
Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II offers excellent connectivity, with direct access to the S6 and S7 expressways, as well as proximity to Gdańsk city centre. This location ensures access to a highly skilled workforce and a broad range of urban amenities.
“Relocating will allow our client to increase production capacity and consolidate operations in one part of the Tricity. Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II proved to be the best choice thanks to the developer’s flexibility and technical support,” adds Michał Rafałowicz, Regional Director at Newmark Polska.
With this transaction, NRF Thermal Engineering Poland strengthens its position in the region, while Gdańsk gains another state-of-the-art production and logistics centre supporting the growth of industry and distribution in Poland.
