FoodWell establishes logistics base in Siedlce
FoodWell – the Polish capital group behind well-known brands such as Bakalland and Delecta – has leased 5,700 sqm in an existing facility at Panattoni Park Siedlce. According to Maciej Korycki, Supply Chain Director at FoodWell, the location was chosen due to its proximity to the company’s largest production site in Janów Podlaski. The new warehouse will serve both for the storage of finished goods for distribution and for raw materials and packaging supplies. This deal fully leases the park’s speculative space.
New development for a logistics operator
The second new tenant – a provider of comprehensive logistics services – will occupy more than 6,200 sqm of newly built warehouse space. Construction for the build-to-suit facility is already underway, with completion expected by the end of 2025.
Sustainable and high-quality logistics space
The new facility is being developed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating, ensuring top-tier sustainability standards. The building will include eco-friendly solutions such as systems to reduce potable water consumption, enhanced access to daylight, and office space designed with high standards of acoustics, thermal comfort, and air quality.
Siedlce – a strategic location with untapped potential
Panattoni Park Siedlce is located near the city center and the Siedlce Południe junction, offering direct access to the A2 motorway. The park is just an hour’s drive from Warsaw, while national road No. 2 ensures efficient links to Eastern Poland. Michał Samborski, Head of Development at Panattoni, highlighted the value of regional markets: “This project proves that investing outside the main logistics hubs can bring strong results. Excellent connectivity and limited availability of modern space in the region make Siedlce a smart choice for tenants.”
Regional markets rise as the new frontier in logistics
The ongoing success of Panattoni Park Siedlce demonstrates the growing appeal of well-located logistics hubs in regional markets. With strong infrastructure, high-specification space, and growing tenant demand, Eastern Poland is emerging as a strategic choice for logistics, manufacturing, and FMCG companies seeking scalable, modern warehouse solutions.
