Hillwood Rawicz logistics park has welcomed another significant tenant, TKF Polska, reinforcing its position as a prime location for industrial growth in Poland. TKF Polska has leased nearly 3,700 square meters of state-of-the-art warehouse and office space, strategically enhancing its business presence in the region. A subsidiary of the Dutch holding TKH Group NV, TKF Polska has been active in the Polish market since 2022. The company specializes in the production of fiber optic cables and electrical and electronic components, delivering innovative solutions to the communication and installation sectors. In 2023, TKF Polska launched a modern fiber optic factory in Rawicz, substantially boosting its manufacturing capabilities in Europe. Emphasizing sustainable development, TKF Polska powers its facilities in both Poland and the Netherlands entirely with 100% renewable energy sources.
Unrivalled Location and Modern Facilities at Hillwood Rawicz
The decision by TKF Polska to expand within Hillwood Rawicz underscores the park’s appeal to technology-driven and production-focused enterprises. Hillwood Rawicz is a Class A warehouse center, proudly certified BREEAM Excellent, signifying its commitment to environmental performance. Upon full completion, the park will offer an impressive 147,000 square meters of warehouse space. Strategically situated in Korzeńsko (Żmigród municipality) directly alongside the S5 expressway, which connects Poznań and Wrocław, the facility ensures exceptional transport links for both domestic and international markets. The initial phase of the investment, encompassing nearly 54,000 square meters of space in Building A, was successfully completed in February 2024. This project's development has also benefited from close collaboration with the authorities of the Żmigród Municipality, highlighting its importance for regional economic advancement.
