Mapletree Secures Landmark Logistics Lease in Poland

 

Mapletree Investments has announced a significant transaction in the Polish logistics market, securing a substantial 128,000-square-metre logistics lease with Agata S.A., a leading Polish furniture retailer. This monumental deal, located in Piotrków Trybunalski, Poland, is notably the largest warehouse lease in the Polish market slated for 2025, underscoring the strong demand and growth opportunities within the country’s industrial sector.

 

The agreement encompasses a 10-year extension for an existing 87,000 sqm in Piotrków II DC1 and Piotrków II DC2, alongside a new 10-year lease for Piotrków II DC3. The latter will be a brand-new 41,000 sqm built-to-suit (BTS) logistics facility, specifically tailored to Agata S.A.'s operational requirements.
