Financing in the total amount of nearly EUR 100 million was provided by a consortium of two banks, with BNP Paribas Bank acting as the Loan Agent and Security Agent. BNP Paribas Bank also acted as an Escrow Bank, enabling the parties to securely settle the transaction.
