MDC2 Park Gliwice is to become the highest-scored warehouse building ever built in Poland.

MDC² Park Gliwice will be located in Gliwice (5 km from the city center) at the junction of A1 and A4 motorways. The main communication routes in the vicinity of Gliwice also include national roads, incl. provincial road Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa (DTŚ).

MDC² Park Gliwice was designed in accordance with the principles of sustainable construction. The investment will be equipped with electric vehicle chargers, the roofs of the buildings will be adapted to the installation of photovoltaic panels, and rainwater will be reused. Additionally, there will be external relaxation zones for employees and truck drivers.

According to JLL data, in the fourth quarter of 2021 the warehouse space market in Upper Silesia recorded the fourth largest tenant activity in Poland, and the vacancy rate in the same period fell to 4.99%.

MDC² is a Polish developer of warehouse space. The company was founded in 2021. In addition to MDC2 Park Gliwice, the company's portfolio includes MDC2 Park Łódź South (80,000 sq m), which is to be put into use in 2023.
