H-Logistics Extends Lease Agreement at Segro Logistics Park Gliwice

H-Logistics, a company that is part of the Helion publishing group, has announced the extension of its lease agreement for nearly 3,300 sqm of warehouse and office space at Segro Logistics Park Gliwice. The company has been operating in the facility continuously since 2007, providing comprehensive logistics services for individual customers, the book market and retail chains.

Polish Industrial and Logistics Space Market: Dynamic Growth in 2023

Despite the volatility of economic conditions, the Polish industrial and logistics space market remains in excellent shape. At the end of December 2023, the stock of this segment exceeded 31 million sqm. Last year, developers began construction of more than 3.2 million sq. m. of new space, of which about 2.8 million sq. m. is still under construction, according to data from consulting firm Colliers.
