Specjał Expands Significantly at MLP Poznań Logistics Park

The Specjał Capital Group, a prominent player in distribution, has significantly bolstered its operational footprint at MLP Poznań. Through a strategic expansion, Specjał has leased an additional 6,400 sqm of state-of-the-art warehouse space, critically including advanced cold and freezer storage facilities. This latest move, which also involved extending their existing lease, brings Specjał’s total occupied area at the park to over 22,000 sqm, demonstrating a robust commitment to their logistics operations in western Poland.

This expansion is pivotal for Specjał, especially in enhancing its distribution capabilities for fresh and frozen products. The relocation of its Specjał Śrem branch to the new, expanded facility further streamlines their supply chain. Newmark Polska expertly represented Specjał throughout the intricate leasing process, ensuring tailored solutions met their evolving needs.

Tailored Cold and Freezer Storage Solutions

A key differentiator highlighted in this partnership is MLP Group’s exceptional flexibility in adapting warehouse space to meet specialized refrigeration requirements. This capability was a decisive factor for Specjał, underscoring MLP Poznań's commitment to providing customized logistics solutions, including essential cold and freezer storage for temperature-sensitive goods.

Strategic Location: A Hub for Western Poland Distribution

MLP Poznań’s prime location near the S11 route and A2 motorway offers unparalleled logistical advantages. Agnieszka Góźdź, Management Board Member at MLP Group, emphasized that this strategic positioning is a significant benefit, ensuring efficient distribution across western Poland and beyond. The accessibility of the logistics park facilitates rapid transit and optimized supply chain operations for businesses.

MLP Group's Commitment to Long-Term Partnerships

This substantial expansion and lease extension agreement between Specjał and MLP Group exemplifies a strong, enduring partnership. Specjał’s continued trust in MLP Group, also being a major tenant at MLP Czeladź, highlights MLP’s dedication to fostering long-term client relationships. Katarzyna Bojanowicz of Newmark Polska affirmed this, noting their firm’s long-standing cooperation with Specjał reflects the confidence placed in their ability to support strategic expansions with bespoke warehousing solutions.

MLP Poznań itself is a testament to MLP Group’s “build & hold” strategy, designed to offer long-term operational stability and modern infrastructure to its tenants. Once fully developed, the park is projected to encompass approximately 90,000 sqm of high-quality warehouse and logistics space, poised to serve a diverse range of industries.
