More space for Morska Agencja Gdynia

Morska Agencja Gdynia, specializing in logistics as well as road, rail and sea transport, has decided to expand the warehouse space in Panattoni Tricity East park by another 7.1 thousand sq m. sq m.

An investment for a high percentage

Stock Polska has laid the foundation stone for the construction of a new distillery in Lublin. It is one of the largest industrial investments in the Lublin region in recent years, its cost will amount to approximately PLN 120 million. The facility will produce 100,000 liters of spirit per day.

Panattoni is building near Głogów

Panattoni has started the construction of Panattoni Park Głogów, which will ultimately occupy over 20 ha, including 111,000 sq m. sqm under the roof. The first tenant of the park is FM Logistic.

Panattoni partners with AliExpress for first CEE fulfilment centre

Panattoni has been chosen by Alibaba's logistic arm Cainiao to support AliExpress, the global online marketplace part of Alibaba Group, visited by hundreds of millions of shoppers each month. Its warehouse of over 10,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Łódź West will be devoted to servicing AliExpress sellers. The facility will serve as a fulfilment centre for AliExpress merchants shipping products directly from Poland and is the first major investment in fulfilment infrastructure made to support AliExpress merchants serving the Central & Eastern European Region. The centre will also play a strategic role in the company’s deliveries to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, and Austria.
