HOPI stays at P3 Mszczonów – 34,000 sqm for the years ahead

P3 Logistic Parks has extended its long-term lease agreement with HOPI, one of the largest logistics operators in Central Europe. At the P3 Mszczonów park, HOPI occupies nearly 34,000 sqm of warehouse and office space, which serves as the company’s central warehouse and headquarters. The decision to continue the cooperation confirms both the attractive location and the high standards offered by P3.

Quatrihub enters the Polish warehouse market. New developer from Kulczyk Investments launches with three projects

A new player has arrived on Poland’s industrial real estate market – Quatrihub, a developer backed by Kulczyk Investments. The company is making its debut in the warehouse sector with three projects in strategic locations. The first investment – a 27,000 sqm facility near Wrocław worth €30 million – is scheduled to break ground in 2027. Savills Investment Management strengthens its position. Logistics leads with the highest leasing activity

In the first half of 2025, Savills Investment Management signed lease agreements in Poland for more than 211,000 sq m of commercial space. The vast majority – 197,467 sq m – was in the logistics sector, ranging from several thousand sq m up to a record lease renewal of nearly 72,000 sq m in one of the logistics parks in Łódź.

CTP reviews H1 2025: 13 new projects under construction in Poland and further growth in CEE
