A celebration of the TSL industry during the 10th edition of the International Trade Fair for Transport and Logistics - TransLogistica Poland

The 10th edition of TransLogistica Poland, which took place November 7-9 at the EXPO XXI center in Warsaw, definitely stood out and left a lasting impression among exhibitors, participants and organizers. The event was characterized not only by a record number of participants, but also by an exceptionally high standard both in terms of organization and content. The fair abounded with numerous surprises and attractions, which further raised its profile. Most importantly, the event opened up a number of new development opportunities for the TSL sector, both at the national and international level.

Panattoni completes 32,000 sqm for DHL Parcel near Poznań

Panattoni has completed a logistics centre for DHL Parcel. The 32,000 sqm centre in Robaków is going to be the developer’s third industrial development in Poland to be awarded a BREEAM certification rating of Outstanding.

Panattoni opens new BTS facility in Żary

Panattoni has completed and officially opened a BTS facility for Vita Group, an international polyurethane foam manufacturer, within Panattoni Park Żary. The developer plans to expand the park by an additional 7,000 square meters, with the new space being adapted to the specifics of the future tenant's operations.

Martex leases 45,000 sqm in Logicor Będzin

Logicor, a leading owner, developer and manager of logistics real estate in Europe, has signed a lease agreement with Martex, a Polish distributor of spare parts for trucks. At Logicor Bedzin, Martex will occupy 45,000 sqm in a free-standing building.

OEX Fulfilio signs lease at Good Point V park near Warsaw

Real Management S.A. has signed a lease with OEX Fulfilio Sp. z o.o., a company specializing in providing e-commerce solutions, loyalty programs and POS materials. OEX Fulfilio has leased warehouse and office space in the production and industrial park Good Point V. The handover date for the space of 14,550 sqm is scheduled for Q1 2025.

Savills IM signs new leases for 30,000 sqm in Szczecin

Savills Investment Management has signed two lease agreements at Park Szczecin Trzebusz totalling almost 30,000 sqm. The new tenant of the warehouse centre in Szczecin is Autodoc Logistics. Furthermore, one of the current tenants, Hegen Europe, has decided to expand its space as part of the logistics park within the Savills IM portfolio in Poland.

Panattoni completes BTS project for Technoform near Kraków

Panattoni has completed another production plant in the Kraków region. Technoform, the leading producer of double-glazing components, is to use 9,400 sqm of BTS space. The centre is to serve markets in both Poland and the EU. The development was financed with an €8 million loan from Credit Agricole.

Yusen Logistics leases entire space at 7r Park Wrocław west II

7R has fully leased 7R Park Wrocław West II for Yusen Logistics. The tenant will occupy nearly 43,000 sqm in the facility. This is one of the largest leases this year.
