Rohlig SUUS Logistics Opens Modern Cross-Dock Terminal in CTPark Opole

Rohlig SUUS Logistics, a leading logistics operator, has officially launched a cutting-edge cross-dock terminal at CTPark Opole. This strategic investment not only enhances the operator's capabilities in domestic and international road distribution but also signifies their first branch in the Opole region and CTP's inaugural leased space in Poland. The transaction was facilitated by the advisory agency Triflow, highlighting the expertise involved in securing this prime location.

State-of-the-Art Logistics Facilities for Enhanced Distribution

The new Rohlig SUUS Logistics terminal in Opole spans over 2100 square meters, designed for maximum efficiency. It is equipped with nine DOK loading gates and an extensive 36-meter external ramp, significantly boosting SUUS's capacity for parcel distribution to the domestic market and international routes, particularly to Southern Europe. Operations are set to commence in mid-November, promising swift and reliable service.

Specializing in less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments, both nationally and internationally, the terminal also offers comprehensive last-mile pallet deliveries. This includes specialized services like furniture and home appliance delivery and assembly, managed by SUUS Expert, a subsidiary within the SUUS capital group. Rafał Małek, Regional Director at Rohlig SUUS Logistics, emphasizes Opole's business potential, driven by developing industry and a growing consumer market, making it an ideal location for this cross-dock terminal to complement logistics services in southwest Poland.

Modern Offices and Future-Forward Workspaces

Beyond the logistics operations, the facility features a modern 'Office of the Future' style office space covering over 300 square meters.
