Panattoni Park Bedzin is being built in response to the rapidly growing demand for new industrial space in the region. The first phase of the investment is being built to accommodate a wide range of uses, from logistics and light manufacturing to e-commerce. The building is designed to allow cross-dock operations, making it attractive to a wide variety of companies.

"The decision to build in Bedzin was made due to the success of our neighboring developments in Czeladz and Sosnowiec. This demonstrated the huge market potential in the region, as well as our continued commitment to growth." - Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director of Panattoni, comments. The developer has already completed a number of industrial centers in Gliwice, Sosnowiec, Katowice, Mysłowice, Bielsko-Biała, Ruda Śląska and Czeladź, delivering more than 2.6 million sqm of space across the Silesian province. Another 207,000 sqm currently remains under construction.

"Investors appreciate the Silesian region for its access to a highly qualified labor force and well-developed transportation infrastructure, which connects the region to major cities in the country and Central Europe. Other assets include rapid social development and research and development facilities including numerous universities and research institutions that support innovation and the development of new technologies. It is here that new projects are shaping the future of sectors such as e-commerce, automotive and IT, and this is attracting talent from across the country and abroad. These and other factors make it a region with unique investment opportunities that combine traditional industries with a modern approach to business, innovation and sustainability. As a result, the region continues to play a key role as an economic center for both Poland and Europe." - Marek Dobrzycki adds.

Panattoni Park Bedzin will undergo BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. The buildings' roofs will be reinforced and prepared for the installation of solar panels. A wide range of ecological solutions will reduce energy and water consumption, which will translate into lower operating costs for tenants. The developer will provide many amenities for employees, including modern office space, a green relaxation zone, bicycle facilities and electric vehicle charging stations. Panattoni will also take care of the biodiversity of the site.
