Strategic location near the German border
CTPark Sulechów is located less than 70 km from the German border, making it an attractive distribution hub for companies serving Western and Central-Eastern Europe. The tenant will commence operations at the turn of Q3 and Q4 2025.
Warehouses as a growth driver for logistics and e-commerce
“Warehouses today are much more than just space – they are a key link driving contract logistics and e-commerce. Well-designed facilities enable smooth goods flow, fast order fulfillment, and scalable processes. This is why global companies are increasingly choosing Poland – both for the quality of its infrastructure and its strategic location,” says Sandra Winiarska, Senior Business Developer at CTP Poland.
Complex process and key role of advisory
“This project required aligning solutions with the tenant’s operational needs and those of their end customers. We analyzed several locations across Western Poland, and CTPark Sulechów proved to be the best option – from location and space availability to its functional layout and technical specification. This is an excellent example of how collective efforts of all parties can translate into operational advantages and a successful tender process,” comments Wojciech Nowicki, Partner at SQM Advisory.
Sulechów as an alternative to major hubs
Apart from the new tenant, the park is already home to Domator24, a Polish manufacturer of gaming chairs and metal furniture. Thanks to its proximity to the border and strong transport infrastructure, Sulechów is emerging as an attractive alternative to the main logistics hubs in Western Poland.
Further development phases
CTPark Sulechów is CTP’s second project in the Lubusz region. The first building of 74,995 sqm has already been completed, and the construction of a second hall of 12,837 sqm is planned. Nearby, right next to the A18 motorway leading to the German border, CTP operates CTPark Iłowa, which comprises two buildings totaling 99,148 sqm.
