Renewed lease under the Clear Lease® model

 

The new agreement was signed under the Clear Lease® model, which guarantees full cost transparency and long-term operational predictability. Unlike traditional leases, Clear Lease® offers fixed operating fees throughout the lease term, eliminating unexpected costs tied to annual reconciliations. Public charges – such as property tax and utility fees – are settled separately based on actual usage and official rates. The renewal process was supported by real estate advisory firm BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.

Moto-Profil began operations at Prologis Park Chorzów in 2010. Since then, the site has evolved into the company’s central distribution hub, supported by more than 250 suppliers. The warehouse was designed to accommodate complex logistics processes and large-scale order fulfillment. The facility is equipped with energy-efficient LED lighting, improving both workplace comfort and energy performance.
