The warehouse, spanning 8,000 sqm, can accommodate up to 6.6 million textile items, showcasing the scale and sophistication of the new center. The building has also achieved a BREEAM Excellent certification, confirming its environmentally friendly design and compliance with the highest sustainability standards.

The new MALFINI distribution center is located just 2 km from the S8 expressway, ensuring excellent connectivity with Warsaw, Łódź, and other key regions of Poland. Its strategic location provides fast access to major transport routes, improving operational efficiency and positioning Rawa Mazowiecka as an attractive destination for logistics investments.

The decision to establish MALFINI’s first international distribution center in Poland was no coincidence. The country represents the company’s largest sales market, generating an annual turnover of PLN 122 million and serving over 10,000 registered clients.
