Elsteel will occupy over 5.5 thousand sq m in CTPark Opole. sqm production and office space. The newly built facility, with a total leasable area of 18,450 sq m, is part of a larger industrial and logistics complex. Raben, UFI Filters and International Automotive Components (IAC) are already operating in the two buildings that were put into use earlier (32.7 thousand sq m and 6 thousand sq m). The entire park, after the end of the last stage, will ultimately have over 80,000 sq m. sqm lease area.
The investment in Opole provides, among other things, production halls 10.5 m high and warehouses 12 m high. The developer's goal is to minimize the impact on the environment, as well as to support customers in the implementation of ESG assumptions - hence all buildings from the CTP portfolio are subject to BREEAM certification .
CTPark Opole is located in the Opole Special Economic Zone, between Katowice and Wrocław. It has direct access to the northern bypass connecting Opole with the A4 motorway. CTP is currently preparing to implement the final stage of the project - a building with an area of almost 25,000 sq m. sqm
