Twice more is still not enough

In the last five years, the warehouse space in Poland has doubled. After the first quarter of 2022, it amounts to a total of 24.7 million sq m, of which 3.5 million sq m. was established in 2021. 4.7 million sq m is under construction, almost twice as much as a year ago, CBRE experts indicate.
