Nearshoring in Action: 7R to Deliver a Modern BTS Facility for VOX Near Poznań

Nearshoring is no longer just a trend — it is becoming a real operational strategy. 7R has signed a long-term lease agreement with Profile VOX for over 20,000 m² of warehouse and production space in a BTS facility in Pobiedziska, near Poznań. Unilever Launches Construction of a 36-Metre Automated Warehouse in Poznań

Unilever is launching one of the most impressive logistics investments in Poland: a fully automated high-bay warehouse rising 36 metres in Poznań – as tall as a ten-storey tower. The facility will hold 9,600 pallets, operate with autonomous lifts and is engineered to withstand winds of over 140 km/h. This strategic project will significantly enhance operational efficiency and create an intelligent, integrated logistics ecosystem for the entire factory. Full completion is planned for 2027.

The new facility strengthens the company’s growth in the Greater Poland region and underscores Poznań’s position as a key logistics hub in Poland.

27,000-square-metre extension of Panattoni Park Poznań IV – nearly 10,000 sqm for DSV Road

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, expands in Greater Poland. At the existing Panattoni Park Poznań IV, a second building will be erected with 27,000 sqm, of which 9,500 sqm will be taken up by DSV Road. Following the extension, the park will total 62,000 sqm, and in the future will reach its’target size of 87,000 sqm.
