LemonTree starts new BTS project in Gdańsk – COOL BTS Gdańsk for Nagel-Group

LemonTree has commenced the construction of a modern logistics and service complex in Gdańsk Kowale. The latest investment – COOL BTS Gdańsk by LemonTree – is being developed in a build-to-suit (BTS) formula for one of Europe’s leading food logistics providers, Nagel-Group, and will comprise approximately 21,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office-social space. The general contractor for the project is Depenbrock Polska, with completion and handover scheduled for the first half of 2026.

MDC2 Park Kraków South welcomes new tenants

Four lease agreements have been signed for a total lease area of about 16,000 sqm at MDC2 Park Krakow South: with Emerald, a distributor of JHK-branded clothing (4150 sqm), French company Iris Galerie, pursuing a unique concept of using the iris of the eye to create works of art (4100 sqm), AiK Tezeusz, Poland's largest player in the book re-commerce market (3500 sqm), and Libris, which manages paper and electronic records of businesses (4100 sqm).

Green property stock in Russia surpasses 3.6 million sqm

JLL has presented the results of its regular study ‘Sustainability and Green Development in Russia’. Over the last two years the volume of real estate certified to international sustainability standards has nearly doubled, increasing by 1.7 million sqm since 2014 and now totalling over 3.6 million sqm.
